99 Whereas, the State of Wisconsin recognizes that our children are our greatest

1313 Whereas, separated parents who choose to share parenting duties
1414 significantly decrease the chances of undesirable youth troubles and struggles; and
1515 Whereas, shared parenting is shown to have a significantly positive effect on
1616 children[s well-being; and
1717 Whereas, Wisconsin is currently one of the leading states in shared parenting
1818 outcomes for children with separated parents; and
1919 Whereas, increasing public awareness of the importance of providing children
2020 with the parental support they need from both parents benefits Wisconsin[s
2121 children, their parents, and all of Wisconsin[s citizens; now, therefore, be it
