19 | 19 | | successes in fighting discrimination and continue in their efforts towards equality |

21 | 21 | | Whereas, the stories of our transgender and nonbinary neighbors show us |

22 | 22 | | that perseverance can lead to systemic change and better conditions for all; and |

55 | 55 | | Whereas, Diverse and Resilient, FORGE, SHEBA, the Wisconsin |

56 | 56 | | Transgender Health Coalition, GSAFE, the Human Rights Campaign, Fair |

57 | 57 | | Wisconsin, and other organizations across our state have dedicated their efforts to |

58 | 58 | | supporting the transgender and nonbinary community, showing the strength of |

59 | 59 | | collective action and building a more inclusive Wisconsin; and |
