A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated ยง29-6-5a, relating to terminating the Division of Personnel.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
## ARTICLE 6. Civil service system.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the contrary, the Division of Personnel within the Department of Administration is terminated beginning July 1, 2025.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to terminate the Division of Personnel.
