A BILL to repeal ยง31C-2-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to removing the tax exemption for credit unions.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
## ARTICLE 2. Formation of credit union.
[Repealed].
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the tax exemption for credit unions.
