A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated ยง60A-2-204a, relating to allowing the sale, distribution, or possession of ivermectin without a prescription.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
## ARTICLE 2. STANDARDS AND SCHEDULES.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, ivermectin may be sold, dispensed by a pharmacist or pharmacy over the counter, or possessed without a prescription.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to allow the sale, distribution or possession of ivermectin without a prescription.
