Requesting the Division of Highways to name a portion of U.S. 250 in Marshall County, from the intersection of WV 891 to the Wetzel County line as the Dragon Highway, reflecting the Cameron High School Dragons, and that one sign is to be placed immediately South of the U.S. 250 WV 891 intersection and the other at the Wetzel County line heading North towards Cameron.
Whereas, It is fitting that this memorialization be established to identify and recognize the Cameron High School Dragons; therefore, be it
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Division of Highways is hereby requested to name a portion of U.S. 250 in Marshall County, from the intersection of WV 891 to the Wetzel County line the "Dragon Highway"; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Division of Highways is hereby requested to have made and be placed signs at both ends from the intersection of WV 891 to the Wetzel County line as the Dragon Highway reflecting the Cameron High School Dragons and that one sign is to be placed immediately South of the U.S. 250 WV 891 intersection and the other at the Wetzel County line heading North towards Cameron identifying this portion of road as the "Dragon Highway"; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the House forward a copy of this resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways.
