A BILL to repeal ยง19-1-4b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the repeal of the authority of the Agriculture Commissioner to increase certain fees by rules or regulations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
## ARTICLE 1. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.
[Repealed].
