West Virginia Legislature 2025 REGULAR SESSION Introduced Senate Bill 391 By Senator Woodrum [Introduced February 13, 2025; referred to the Committee on the Judiciary] A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to a waiver of initial licensing fees for certain initial licensure applicants. Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia: ## ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules. The legislative rule filed in the State Register on November 15, 2023, authorized under the authority of §30-1-23 of this code, relating to the Board of Osteopathic Medicine (waiver of initial licensing fees for certain initial licensure applicants, 24 CSR 08), is authorized. NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to waiver of initial licensing fees for certain initial licensure applicants.
