42	42	19 (a) A first offense of cruelty to animals or of a
43	43	20 violation of W.S. 6-3-1003 is a misdemeanor punishable by
44	44	21 imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, a fine of

65	65	20 (a) The court may, in its discretion, revoke any
66	66	21 license issued under this act to any person convicted of a
67	67	22 violation of this act , for the

69	69	1 may suspend the person's privilege to purchase or receive
70	70	2 any other license under this act, or to take any wildlife
71	71	3 for the following time periods provided in paragraphs (i)
72	72	4 through (iii) and shall suspend the person's privilege to
73	73	5 purchase or receive any other license under this act for
74	74	6 the time period provided in paragraph (iv) of this
75	75	7 subsection:

78	78	10 low misdemeanor as provided in W.S. 23-6-202(a)(v)

82	82	14This act shall apply to any person who
83	83	15 intentionally injures or disables a predatory animal by use
84	84	16 of an automotive vehicle, motor-propelled wheeled vehicle,
85	85	17 or vehicle designed for travel over snow on and after July
86	86	18 1, 2025.
