25+14 (a) Antique snowmobiles may be registered pursuant to

29+2 (b) The owner of an antique snowmobile may register
30+3 the snowmobile by submitting an application to the
31+4 department indicating that the snowmobile is operated for
32+5 the purposes of organized antique snowmobile activities,
33+6 parades, exhibitions, tours and other related activities
34+7 and may be used for general snowmobile uses.

36+9 (c) Upon receipt of the registration fee pursuant to
37+10 W.S. 31-2-404(a)(iii), the selling agent shall issue to the
38+11 owner for each antique snowmobile a certificate of
39+12 registration, setting forth the facts in the application,
40+13 together with a numbered decal which shall bear a
41+14 distinctive number assigned to the snowmobile, which decal
42+15 shall at all times be prominently displayed on the
43+16 snowmobile. The registration expires upon transfer of
44+17 ownership of the antique snowmobile.

70+19 resources through the division of state parks and historic
71+20 sites shall in accordance with W.S. 36-4-123, appoint

13-Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:
14-Section 1. W.S. 31-2-410 is created to read:
15-31-2-410. Antique snowmobiles.
16-(a) Antique snowmobiles may be registered pursuant to
17-this section.
18-(b) The owner of an antique snowmobile may register
19-the snowmobile by submitting an application to the
20-department indicating that the snowmobile is operated for
21-the purposes of organized antique snowmobile activities,
22-parades, exhibitions, tours and other related activities
23-and may be used for general snowmobile uses.
24-(c) Upon receipt of the registration fee pursuant to
25-W.S. 31-2-404(a)(iii), the selling agent shall issue to the

43-(a) For purposes of this act:
44-(ii) "Snowmobile" means any mechanically driven
45-vehicle of a type which utilizes sled type runners, or
46-skis, or any endless belt tread or combination of these,
47-designed primarily for operation over snow.
48-includes the following vehicle as hereafter defined:
49-(A) "Antique" means any snowmobile that is
50-at least twenty (20) years old and is operated for the
51-purposes stated in W.S. 31-2-410(b).
52-31-2-402. Registration selling agents; application
53-for registration.
54-(b) The department of state parks and cultural
55-resources through the division of state parks and historic
56-sites shall in accordance with W.S. 36-4-123, appoint
57-selling agents to sell snowmobile registrations and user
58-fees. Each selling agent shall retain one dollar ($1.00)
59-for each nonresident user fee sold under W.S.
60-31-2-409(a)(ii) or for each resident snowmobile
61-registration sold under W.S. 31-2-404(a)(i) .

73-(a) Except as provided in W.S. 31-2-408, the
74-registration fee for a resident snowmobile is:
75-(i) For a snowmobile intended for private use
76-$35.00 $50.00 annually;
77-(ii) For a commercial snowmobile

79-(iii) For an antique snowmobile $25.00 paid at
80-the time of registration.

102-4(a) There shall be collected by selling agents
103-annual nonresident snowmobile user fee for nonresident
104-snowmobiles operated in Wyoming as follows:
105-(ii) For any nonresident snowmobile not exempt
106-under subsection (f) of this section

108-(iii) For an antique snowmobile $25.00 paid at
109-the time of registration.
110-36-4-123. Selling agents for registrations, licenses
111-and permits.
112-(a) The department of state parks and cultural
113-resources through the division of parks and historic sites
114-shall appoint selling agents to sell snowmobile
115-registrations pursuant to W.S. 31-2-402 ,
116-permits under W.S. 36-4-121 and other licenses,
117-registrations and permits for which the department may by
118-law be required to issue and collect fees. Selling agents
119-appointed under this section shall be bonded by the
120-department, subject to the following:
121-39-17-111. Distribution.
122-(c) The department shall credit to appropriate
123-accounts based upon deductions from the taxes collected
124-under this article in the following order:
125-(ii) Deduct an amount collected on fuel used in
126-snowmobiles, computed by multiplying the number of
127-snowmobiles for which registration and user fees have been
128-paid during the current fiscal year under W.S.

139-current gasoline tax rate as defined by W.S.
140-39-17-104(a)(i). The number of gallons used by commercial
141-snowmobiles shall be reported to the department by all
142-businesses offering commercial snowmobile recreational
143-leasing. The amounts computed shall be credited to a
144-separate account to be expended by the department of state
145-parks and cultural resources to improve snowmobile trails
146-in Wyoming;
147-Section 3. The department of state parks and cultural
148-resources shall promulgate all rules necessary to implement
