Young entrepreneurs-limiting license requirements.

A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to counties, cities and towns; prohibiting
2 counties, cities and towns from requiring a license, permit
3 or other authorization for a business operated by a minor
4 as specified; and providing for an effective date.

9 creating a new subsection (b) are amended to read:

13 (a) The governing bodies of all cities and towns may:

2 whatsoever conducted or trafficked in within the limits of
3 the city or town for the purpose of raising revenue, and
4 any license taxes imposed shall be uniform in respect to
5 the class of business upon which imposed.;
