17 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |
---|
18 | | - | Section 1. |
---|
19 | | - | (a) As used in this section: |
---|
20 | | - | (i) "(C)" means closure project; |
---|
21 | | - | (ii) "Maximum amount" means the total amount to |
---|
22 | | - | be expended on the listed project and reflects one hundred |
---|
23 | | - | percent (100%) of the project cost, including any award by |
---|
24 | | - | the state loan and investment board under W.S. 35-11-528; |
---|
25 | | - | (iii) "SWDD" means solid waste disposal |
---|
26 | | - | district; |
---|
27 | | - | (iv) "(T)" means transfer project. |

85 | | - | (ii) Based on project readiness; |
---|
86 | | - | (iii) Based on compliance with grant or loan |
---|
87 | | - | qualifications or conditions; |
---|
88 | | - | (iv) To address emergency or immediate |
---|
89 | | - | environmental concerns. |
---|
90 | | - | (e) Not later than October 15 of each year, the |
---|
91 | | - | department of environmental quality shall report: |
---|
92 | | - | (i) Any modification of the prioritized list |
---|
93 | | - | contained in subsection (b) of this section to the joint |
---|
94 | | - | minerals, business and economic development interim |
---|
95 | | - | committee and the joint appropriations committee; |
---|
96 | | - | (ii) The names of recipients and amounts |
---|
97 | | - | expended for the carcass management project established by |
