11. There is appropriated two million dollars
12 ($2,000,000.00) from the public school foundation program
13 account to the department of education-school finance for
14 routine maintenance payments to school districts made
15 necessary by the amendments enacted in section 1 of this
16 act. This appropriation shall be for the period beginning
17 July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. This appropriation
18 shall not be transferred or expended for any other purpose
19 and any unexpended, unobligated funds remaining from this
20 appropriation shall revert as provided by law on June 30,
21 2026. It is the intent of the legislature that this
22 appropriation be included in the standard budget for the 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-01544HB0021
1 department of education-school finance for the immediately
2 succeeding fiscal biennium.
