FISCAL NOTE
The Department of Education indicates this bill will have an indeterminable fiscal
impact on future Hathaway scholarships awarded. This bill requires future Hathaway
scholarship recipients to enter into an agreement with the Department of Education
to actively engage in work in Wyoming for one year or attend graduate school at the
University of Wyoming for one year, for every four academic semesters or portions
thereof in which a Hathaway scholarship was received.
