| 12 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |
|---|
| 13 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 21-4-102(b) is amended to read: |
|---|
| 14 | | - | 21-4-102. When attendance required; exemptions; |
|---|
| 15 | | - | withdrawal. |
|---|
| 16 | | - | (b) A home-based educational program shall meet the |
|---|
| 17 | | - | requirements of a basic academic educational program |
|---|
| 18 | | - | pursuant to W.S. 21-4-101(a)(vi). It shall be the |
|---|
| 19 | | - | responsibility of every person administering a home-based |
|---|
| 20 | | - | educational program to a curriculum |
|---|
| 21 | | - | local board of trustees each year showing |
|---|
| 22 | | - | to pupils in the program that |
|---|
| 23 | | - | requirements of this subsection. Failure to submit a |
|---|
| 24 | | - | curriculum showing compliance is prima facie evidence that |
|---|
| 25 | | - | the home-based educational program does not meet the |
|---|
