2121 13 (a) Except as provided by subsection (b) of this
2222 14 section, a municipal judge has exclusive jurisdiction over
2323 15 all violations of ordinances of the city. The municipal

2828 4 which may be added costs. No change of venue shall be
2929 5 granted in any case arising under the ordinances of the

3535 11 (a) Any person convicted by a municipal judge of any
3636 12 offense under any ordinance of the city shall be punished
3737 13 by fine or imprisonment or both as provided by ordinance.
