| 13 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 1-1-122(a)(iii) and 34-19-101(a)(iii) |

| 14 | | - | are amended to read: |

| 15 | | - | 1-1-122. Definitions. |
|---|
| 16 | | - | (a) As used in this act: |
|---|
| 17 | | - | (iii) "Sport or recreational opportunity" means |
|---|
| 18 | | - | commonly understood sporting activities including baseball, |
|---|
| 19 | | - | softball, football, soccer, basketball, swimming, hockey, |
|---|
| 20 | | - | wrestling, cheerleading, rodeo, dude ranching, nordic or |
|---|
| 21 | | - | alpine skiing and other alpine sports, snowboarding, |
|---|
| 22 | | - | mountain climbing, outdoor education |
|---|
| 23 | | - | programs, river floating, hunting, fishing, backcountry |
|---|
| 24 | | - | trips, horseback riding and any other equine activity, |
|---|
| 25 | | - | snowmobiling and similar recreational opportunities and |
|---|
| 26 | | - | includes the use of private lands for vehicle parking and |
|---|
| 27 | | - | land access related to the sport or recreational |
|---|
| 28 | | - | opportunity. "Sport or recreational opportunity" does not |
|---|
| 29 | | - | include skiing in a ski area as defined by the Ski Safety |
