| 12 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |
|---|
| 13 | | - | Section 1. The Wyoming livestock board shall initiate |
|---|
| 14 | | - | memorandums of understanding with any state that receives |
|---|
| 15 | | - | Wyoming livestock. The memorandums of understanding shall |
|---|
| 16 | | - | establish that livestock may be identified by the methods |
|---|
| 17 | | - | provided in W.S. 11-18-117(c). |

| 18 | | - | Section 2. The Wyoming livestock board shall provide |
|---|
| 19 | | - | a status report to the joint agriculture, state and public |
|---|
| 20 | | - | lands and water resources interim committee on the progress |
|---|
| 21 | | - | of developing memorandums of understanding with other |
|---|
| 22 | | - | states on or before January 1, 2026 and on or before June |
