1 AN ACT relating to industrial siting projects; requiring
2 notice and approval of new industrial siting projects;
3 specifying applicability; requiring rulemaking; and
4 providing for an effective date.

14 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-01582HB01121 (a) No person shall commence to construct a facility,
2 as defined in this chapter, in this state without first
3 obtaining a permit for that facility from the council
4

8. Any facility,
9 for which a permit is required, shall be constructed,
10 operated and maintained in conformity with the permit and
11 any terms, conditions and modifications contained in the
12 may only be issued
13 pursuant to this chapter or pursuant to the provisions of
14 W.S. 18-5-501 through 18-5-513 for facilities referred to
15 the council.

17This act shall apply to industrial siting
18 projects initiated on or after the effective date of this
19 act.

21The industrial siting council shall
22 promulgate all rules necessary to implement this act.

2 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
3 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
4 Constitution.
