29+2HB01321 (a) The director or his authorized representative may
30+2 issue permits for separate movements or extended periods of
31+3 movement effective for one (1) or more
32+4 months, not to exceed ninety (90) days permitting hauling
33+5 of forest products, baled hay or combine headers. No permit
34+6 issued under this section shall be granted for any load of
35+7 forest products exceeding one hundred twelve (112) inches
36+8 in width or any load of baled hay or combine headers
37+9 exceeding one hundred fifty (150) inches in width and
38+10 fifteen (15) feet in height. No single component of the
39+11 load may exceed one hundred two (102) inches in width. The
40+12 fee for a single trip permit is fifteen dollars ($15.00).

7-AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; authorizing annual
8-permits for hauling prefabricated buildings, panels and
9-trusses; authorizing annual permits for hauling forest
10-products, baled hay and combine headers; specifying permit
11-fees; requiring rulemaking; and providing for effective
12-dates.
13-Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:
14-Section 1. W.S. 31-18-804 by creating new subsections
15-(w) and (y) is amended to read:
16-31-18-804. Permits for and certain highways to carry,
17-overweight and oversize vehicles; government vehicles.
18-(w) For movements of a vehicle meeting indivisible
19-load requirements, the director or his authorized
20-representative may issue permits for separate movements or
21-extended periods of movement effective for one (1) year
22-permitting hauling of prefabricated buildings, panels and
23-trusses. No permit issued under this subsection shall be
24-granted for any load of prefabricated buildings, panels or
25-trusses exceeding one hundred sixty-two (162) inches in
26-width and fifteen (15) feet in height. The fee for a one
27-(1) year permit under this subsection is four hundred
28-dollars ($400.00).
29-(y) The director or the director's authorized
30-representative may issue permits effective for one (1) year
31-that permit the hauling of forest products, baled hay or
32-combine headers. No permit issued under this subsection
33-shall be granted for any load of forest products exceeding
34-one hundred twelve (112) inches in width or any load of
35-baled hay or combine headers exceeding one hundred fifty

58-the Wyoming Constitution.
