3228 4 (a) As used in this section, "sexually explicit
3329 5 event" means any show, exhibition or presentation before an
3430 6 audience that lewdly or lasciviously depicts or simulates
3531 7 nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement, prosthetic or
3632 8 imitation genitals or breasts, subject to determination by
3733 9 the entities specified in subsection (c) of this section.
38-10 "Sexually explicit event" shall include drag queen events.
39-11 "Sexually explicit event" shall not include age appropriate
40-12 sexual education instruction at the primary, secondary,
41-13 undergraduate or graduate level.

43-15 (b) No executive, legislative or judicial branch
44-16 agency, department or institution, nor any city, town,
45-17 county or political subdivision, including the University
46-18 of Wyoming, the community colleges and school districts,
47-19 shall use state or federal funds, personnel, facilities or
48-20 equipment to sponsor or contribute to a sexually explicit
49-21 event.

34+10 "Sexually explicit event" shall not include age appropriate

8273 8 (d) In determining whether an event is sexually
8374 9 explicit under subsection (c) of this section, the
8475 10 following shall apply:

8677 12 (i) A determination shall be made within thirty
8778 13 (30) calendar days of receiving a request;

8980 15 (ii) The requestor shall have fifteen (15)
9081 16 calendar days after a decision regarding whether the event
9182 17 is sexually explicit to appeal that decision; and

9384 19 (iii) An appeal under this subsection shall be
9485 20 considered a contested case hearing that shall be conducted
9586 21 in the same manner as a contested case hearing under the
9687 22 Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
