A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to public health and safety; prohibiting
2 health mandates and requirements for COVID-19 and any
3 variant thereof by specified federal and nongovernmental
4 health organizations; and providing for an effective date.

5 The United States centers for disease control and
6 prevention and the world health organization shall have no
7 jurisdiction in Wyoming and any requirements, mandates,
8 recommendations, instructions or guidance provided,
9 promulgated or established by either organization shall not
10 be binding in this state to justify any mask, vaccine or
11 medical testing requirements for COVID-19 and any variant
12 thereof and shall have no force or effect in Wyoming.

14. This act is effective immediately upon
15 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
16 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
17 Constitution.
