73 | 73 | | 5 promulgate all rules necessary to implement the provisions |

74 | 74 | | 6 of this act, including the creation of a standardized form |
---|
75 | 75 | | 7 for hospitals, health care clinics and long‑term care |
---|
76 | 76 | | 8 facilities to utilize for reporting workplace violence. |
