| 12 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |
|---|
| 13 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 9-1-403(a) by creating a new |
|---|
| 14 | | - | paragraph (ix) is amended to read: |
|---|
| 15 | | - | 9-1-403. State auditor; duties; prohibited acts; |
|---|
| 16 | | - | powers; investigative subpoenas. |
|---|
| 17 | | - | (a) The state auditor shall: |
|---|
| 18 | | - | (ix) Subject to state and federal law, make |
|---|
| 19 | | - | available for public inspection and download on the state |
|---|
| 20 | | - | auditor's official website information on all payments |
|---|
| 21 | | - | within the purview of the state auditor's office made to |
|---|
| 22 | | - | vendors. The information shall include, at a minimum, the |
|---|
| 23 | | - | date of each payment, the vendor's name, the state agency |
|---|
| 24 | | - | requiring items or services or from whose funds the payment |
|---|
| 25 | | - | is made, the total amount paid and a description of the |
|---|
| 26 | | - | payment. Payment information required under this paragraph |
|---|
| 27 | | - | shall be posted to the state auditor's official website not |
|---|
| 28 | | - | later than thirty (30) days after the payment is made by |
|---|
| 29 | | - | the state auditor. Information published on the official |
|---|
| 30 | | - | website under this paragraph shall be maintained on the |
|---|
| 31 | | - | website for not less than five (5) years. |

| 32 | | - | Section 2. This act shall apply to all payments made |
