for
1 AN ACT relating to crimes and offenses; amending the
2 definition of explicit sexual conduct for the purposes of
3 the crime of sexual exploitation of children; and providing
4 for an effective date.

13 (a) As used in this section:

2 simulated sexual intercourse, including genital-genital,
3 oral-genital, anal-genital or oral-anal, between persons of
4 the same or opposite sex, bestiality, masturbation,
5 sadistic or masochistic abuse or lascivious exhibition of
6 the genitals or pubic area of any person

9. This act is effective July 1, 2025.
