24 | 24 | | 14 school students. The program shall be implemented in K-12 |

26 | 26 | | 1 shall focus on advancing wellness and resiliency in the |

27 | 27 | | 2 education of K-12 students. The intent of the program shall |
---|
28 | 28 | | 3 be to screen or otherwise identify students with mental |

29 | 29 | | 4 health challenges, to stabilize those students until |
---|
30 | 30 | | 5 further support can be found and to refer those students to |
---|
31 | 31 | | 6 appropriate services. Program funding shall be available to |
---|
32 | 32 | | 7 every Wyoming public school district, each of which can |
---|
33 | 33 | | 8 choose whether to implement the program. |

35 | 35 | | 10 (b) Each school district participating in the program |
---|
36 | 36 | | 11 shall report to the department of education the expenditure |
---|
37 | 37 | | 12 of amounts appropriated for this program, the number of |
---|
38 | 38 | | 13 students that received services as a result of the program |
---|
39 | 39 | | 14 and the impact of the services offered. Each district shall |
---|
40 | 40 | | 15 provide other information and data as required by the |
---|
41 | 41 | | 16 department. |
