1 AN ACT relating to elections; removing a provision allowing
2 for ballot proposition initiatives to be deemed void and
3 not placed on the election ballot as specified; and
4 providing for an effective date.

8. W.S. 22-24-319(a)(iii) is amended to read:

12 (a) The ballot proposition for an initiative shall be
13 placed on the election ballot of the first statewide
14 general election that is held after:
15 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-06952HB01961 (iii) A period of one hundred twenty (120) days
2 has expired since the adjournment of the legislative
3 session. If the attorney general determines that an act of
