A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to education; modifying the amounts to be
2 deposited in students' accounts under the Wyoming education
3 saving account act; and providing for an effective date.

7W.S. 21-2-903(a), as created by 2024
8 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 108, Section 1 and effective
9 January 1, 2025, is amended to read:

14 (a) The total amount to be deposited in an education

1 determined by the student's household income compared to
2 the federal poverty levels, using the most recent federal
3 poverty guidelines for the student's household size and
4 income, as follows:;

6ix thousand dollars ($6,000.00) for
7 students whose household income is
8 one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the federal
9 poverty level;.

2 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
3 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
4 Constitution.
