W.S. 1-21-1202(a) is amended to read: 9 10 11 12 (a) Each owner and his agent renting or leasing a 13 residential rental unit shall maintain that unit in a safe 14 and sanitary condition fit for human habitation. Each 15 residential rental unit shall have operational electrical, 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-05212HB0213 1 heating and plumbing, with hot and cold running water, 2 3rovided, however, this section shall not prevent the 4 rental of seasonal rental units such as summer cabins which 5 are not intended to have such amenities. 6 7.
