32 | 32 | | 8 fund to provide loans to the department of transportation |

34 | 34 | | 10 highways approved by the transportation commission. The |
---|
35 | 35 | | 11 authority to invest funds under this subsection shall |

36 | 36 | | 12 remain in effect until June 30, 2029. |

39 | 39 | | 15 subsection (a) of this section shall be at a fixed interest |

41 | 41 | | 17 commensurate with the rates of return of the asset class |
---|
42 | 42 | | 18 for which the monies would be otherwise invested. The |

43 | 43 | | 19 amounts invested in loans under subsection (a) of this |
