2929 3 Any person who knowingly violates W.S. 9-14-403(a) is
3030 4 guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not
3131 5 more than one (1) year, a fine of not more than two
3232 6 thousand dollars ($2,000.00), or both.

160160 2 alleged violations of this act and, upon finding a
161161 3 violation, shall provide written notice to any person or
162162 4 entity, public or private, believed to be in violation of
163163 5 this act. Upon receipt of written notice from the attorney
164164 6 general, the person or entity shall have thirty (30) days
165165 7 to cease the usage of a firearms, firearm accessories or
166166 8 code for any Wyoming merchant

172172 14 (b) If the person or entity fails to cease the usage
173173 15 of a firearms, firearm accessories or ammunition merchant

179179 21 attorney general pursue an injunction against any
180180 22 person or entity, public or private, alleged to be in
