16	16	1 AN ACT relating to the protection of constitutional rights;

18	18	3 to firearms and ammunition sales as specified; providing
19	19	4 requirements for disclosure; requiring investigations as
20	20	5 specified; authorizing civil actions as specified;
21	21	6 authorizing criminal penalties; providing and amending
22	22	7 definitions; and providing for an effective date.

29	29	3 Any person who knowingly violates W.S. 9-14-403(a) is
30	30	4 guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not
31	31	5 more than one (1) year, a fine of not more than two
32	32	6 thousand dollars ($2,000.00), or both.

160	160	2 alleged violations of this act and, upon finding a
161	161	3 violation, shall provide written notice to any person or
162	162	4 entity, public or private, believed to be in violation of
163	163	5 this act. Upon receipt of written notice from the attorney
164	164	6 general, the person or entity shall have thirty (30) days
165	165	7 to cease the usage of a firearms, firearm accessories or
166	166	8 code for any Wyoming merchant

172	172	14 (b) If the person or entity fails to cease the usage
173	173	15 of a firearms, firearm accessories or ammunition merchant
174	174	16 code merchant

177	177	19 expiration of thirty (30) days from the receipt of the
178	178	20 written notice by the attorney general's office, the
179	179	21 attorney general pursue an injunction against any
180	180	22 person or entity, public or private, alleged to be in
