| 11 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |

| 12 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 8-4-118 is created to read: |

| 13 | | - | 8-4-118. Wyoming Wednesday. |
|---|
| 14 | | - | (a) In celebration of the state of Wyoming and in an |
|---|
| 15 | | - | effort to bring unity to the state's communities, the |
|---|
| 16 | | - | second Wednesday of every month shall be known as "Wyoming |
|---|
| 17 | | - | Wednesday – Brown and Gold Day". Wyoming citizens may wear |
|---|
| 18 | | - | brown and gold in recognition of Wyoming Wednesday. |
|---|
| 19 | | - | (b) The governor, not later than July 10, 2025, and |
|---|
| 20 | | - | not more than once each year thereafter in advance of a |
|---|
| 21 | | - | Wyoming Wednesday, shall issue a proclamation requesting |
|---|
| 22 | | - | proper observance of "Wyoming Wednesday – Brown and Gold |
|---|
| 23 | | - | Day" as outlined in subsection (a) of this section. |

| 24 | | - | (c) This section shall not affect commercial paper, |
