A BILL

1 AN ACT relating to liens; revising requirements for
2 preliminary lien notices for contractors, subcontractors
3 and materialmen; and providing for an effective date.

7W.S. 29-2-112(a)(ii)(B) and (iii) is
8 amended to read:

12 (a) With respect to perfecting the right to file a
13 construction lien under this chapter, the following

2 (ii) Any notice required under this section
3 shall be sent:

5 (B) By the subcontractor or materialman

10 (iii) Except as otherwise provided in this
