7. W.S. 9-4-719(d)(v) is amended to read:

12 (d) The annual spending policy for the permanent
13 Wyoming mineral trust fund is for each fiscal year (FY):
14 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-04942HB02701 (v) An amount equal to
2 of the previous five (5) year
3 average market value of the trust fund, calculated from the
4 first day of the fiscal year.

6. This act is effective July 1, 2025.
