30+7 person solicited was a minor, W.S. 6-4-103 if the person
31+8 enticed or compelled was a minor, W.S. 6-4-302(a)(i) if the
32+9 offense involves the use of a minor in a sexual performance
33+10 or W.S. 6-4-303(b)(i) through (iii), 18 U.S.C. § 2251, an
34+11 offense in another jurisdiction containing the same or
35+12 similar elements, or arising out of the same or similar
36+13 facts or circumstances as a criminal offense specified in
37+14 this subsection, an attempt or conspiracy to commit any of
38+15 the offenses specified in this subsection, or any offense
39+16 enumerated in subsection (g) of this section if the
40+17 offender was previously convicted of any offense enumerated
41+18 in subsection (g) of this section, the division shall
42+19 verify the accuracy of the offender's registered address,
43+20 and the offender shall report, in person, his current
44+21 address to the sheriff in the county in which the offender
45+22 resides, every six (6) months after the date of the initial

47+1 appearance has changed substantially, and in any case at
48+2 least annually, the sheriff shall photograph the offender.
49+3 Confirmation of the in-person verification required by this
50+4 subsection, and any new photographs of the offender, shall
51+5 be transmitted by the sheriff to the division within three
52+6 (3) working days. Any person under this subsection who has
53+7 not established a residence or is transient, and who is
54+8 reporting to the sheriff as required under subsection (e)
55+9 of this section, shall be deemed in compliance with the
56+10 address verification requirements of this section.

7-AN ACT relating to criminal procedure; reclassifying

12-Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:
13-Section 1. W.S. 7-19-302(h) and (j) is amended to
14-read:
15-7-19-302. Registration of offenders; procedure;
16-verification; fees.
17-(h) For an offender convicted of a violation of W.S.
18-6-2-304(a)(iii) if the victim was at least fourteen (14)
19-years of age,
20-and (iii), W.S. 6-2-315(a)(iv) if the victim was thirteen
21-(13) through fifteen (15) years of age,
22-and (ii) or 6-2-318, W.S. 6-2-706, W.S. 6-4-102 if the
23-person solicited was a minor, W.S. 6-4-103 if the person
24-enticed or compelled was a minor, W.S. 6-4-302(a)(i) if the
25-offense involves the use of a minor in a sexual performance
26-or W.S. 6-4-303(b)(i) through (iii), 18 U.S.C. § 2251, an
27-offense in another jurisdiction containing the same or
28-similar elements, or arising out of the same or similar
29-facts or circumstances as a criminal offense specified in
30-this subsection, an attempt or conspiracy to commit any of
31-the offenses specified in this subsection, or any offense

60-age , W.S.
61-(iv) if the victim was less than thirteen (13) years of age
62-6-2-315, W.S. 6-2-316(a)(ii) and (iii), 6-2-702 or 6-2-703,
63-6-4-402, 18 U.S.C. § 2245, or an offense in another
64-jurisdiction containing the same or similar elements, or
65-arising out of the same or similar facts or circumstances
66-as a criminal offense specified in this subsection, an
67-attempt or conspiracy to commit any of the offenses
68-specified in this subsection, any offense enumerated in
69-subsection (h) of this section if the offender was
70-previously convicted of any offense enumerated in
71-subsection (g) of this section or any offense enumerated in
72-subsection (g) or (h) of this section if the offender was
73-previously convicted of any offense enumerated in
74-subsection (h) of this section, the division shall verify
75-the accuracy of the offender's registered address, and the
