| 14 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |
|---|
| 15 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 35-2-906(a) is amended to read: |
|---|
| 16 | | - | 35-2-906. Construction and expansion of facilities; |
|---|
| 17 | | - | exemption. |
|---|
| 18 | | - | (a) A licensee who contemplates construction of or |
|---|
| 19 | | - | alteration or addition to a health care facility shall |
|---|
| 20 | | - | submit plans and specifications to the division for |
|---|
| 21 | | - | preliminary inspection and approval prior to commencing |
|---|
| 22 | | - | construction. Significant changes to the original plans |
|---|
| 23 | | - | must also be submitted and approved prior to |
|---|
| 24 | | - | implementation. The plans and any changes shall indicate |
|---|
| 25 | | - | any increase in the number of beds. |
|---|
| 26 | | - | pursuant to this subsection shall be used by the division |
|---|
| 27 | | - | only for purposes of health care and life safety compliance |
|---|
| 28 | | - | determinations. |
|---|
| 29 | | - | Section 2. W.S. 35-2-901(a)(v) and 35-2-906(b), (c), |
|---|
| 30 | | - | (f) and (g) are repealed. |
|---|
