1 AN ACT relating to gaming; authorizing Wyoming tribes to
2 conduct online sports wagering as specified; amending
3 geolocation system requirements; and providing for an
4 effective date.

4 gaming entity that offers online
5 sports wagering through computers, digital platforms or
6 mobile applications in not less than three (3)
7 jurisdictions in the United States pursuant to a state
8 regulatory structure;

19 (b) The commission shall promulgate rules to
20 implement this chapter. The rules the commission
21 promulgates shall establish standards and procedures for
22 online sports wagering and associated sports wagering

2 (i) Governance of the conduct of online sports
3 wagering and the system of wagering associated with online
4 sports wagering, including all of the following:

6 (F) A requirement for each sports wagering
7 operator to use a geolocation system to ensure
8
9
10 patron making an online sports
11 wager is physically present in the state when making the
12 wager unless otherwise authorized by the commission;
