17	17	9 new subsection (d) are amended to read:

22	22	14 (a) Subject to subsection (e) of this section,
23	23	15hanges in all legislative districts are effective for the 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-06122HB0301
24	24	1 2022 general election cycle and the sixty-seventh
25	25	2 legislature.

28	28	5embers for senate districts designated as odd-numbered
29	29	6 districts in W.S. 28-2-118(b) shall be elected for a term
30	30	7 of four (4) years at the 2022 general election. As provided
31	31	8 in subsection (c) of this section, no election shall be
32	32	9 held in 2022 for senate districts designated as
33	33	10 even-numbered districts in W.S. 28-2-118(b) for which
34	34	11 members were elected at the 2020 general election and
35	35	12 nothing in this act shall affect the terms of those
36	36	13 members. Members for senate districts designated as
37	37	14 even-numbered districts in W.S. 28-2-118(b), shall be
38	38	15 elected for a term of four (4) years at the 2024 general
39	39	16 election.

131	131	18 changes implemented by this act and shall recommend any
132	132	19 additional statutory changes to management council not
133	133	20 later than October 1, 2026.
