2222 13 (b) Any person who knowingly violates any provision
2323 14 of this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
2424 15 fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-07012HB0304
2525 1 imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both. In
2626 2 addition, any person found guilty under this section may be
2727 3 ordered to pay restitution to the board for actual
2828 4 pecuniary damage resulting from the illegal actions of the
2929 5 person. Restitution may be excused if a court finds that
3030 6 the defendant has no ability to pay. In determining the
3131 7 amount of restitution under this subsection, the court
3232 8 shall consider, and include as a special finding, the
3333 9 reasonably foreseeable actual pecuniary damage that has or
3434 10 will result from the illegal activities of the defendant.
3535 11 Any restitution received under this subsection shall be
3636 12 deposited into an account designated by the board for use
3737 13 to restore the rights and property of the board. The acts
