1 AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; requiring commercial
2 motor vehicles to cover specified loads when driving on
3 highways; and providing for an effective date.

7. W.S. 31-18-603 is amended to read:

11 No vehicle shall be driven or moved on any
12 highway unless the vehicle is so constructed or loaded as
13 to prevent any of its load from dropping, sifting, leaking
14 or otherwise escaping therefrom.

7 This section does not prohibit the necessary
8 spreading of any substance in highway maintenance or
9 construction operations.
