68 | | - | 15 ensure that the human resources and payroll activities |

69 | | - | 16 necessary for each state official are conducted promptly at |

70 | | - | 17 their direction and in accordance with applicable state and |
---|
71 | | - | 18 federal law. A human resource officer employed under this |

72 | | - | 19 section shall keep all matters within a state official's |
---|
73 | | - | 20 office confidential as required by policies of the state |
---|
