| 11 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |

| 12 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 31-5-928(f) by creating a new |

| 13 | | - | paragraph (v) is amended to read: |

| 14 | | - | 31-5-928. General lighting restrictions; authorized |
|---|
| 15 | | - | emergency vehicles. |

| 16 | | - | (f) The following vehicles are authorized to display |
|---|
| 17 | | - | flashing white and amber lights in addition to those |
|---|
| 18 | | - | otherwise authorized by law: |

| 19 | | - | (v) Vehicles owned by, leased by or registered |
|---|
| 20 | | - | to a public school district that are not school buses and |
|---|
| 21 | | - | that are used to transport children to or from school or in |
|---|
