| 11 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |
|---|
| 12 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 7-3-510 by creating a new subsection |
|---|
| 13 | | - | (e) and 35-21-106 by creating a new subsection (f) are |
|---|
| 14 | | - | amended to read: |
|---|
| 15 | | - | 7-3-510. Service of order; duration and extension of |
|---|
| 16 | | - | order; violation; remedies not exclusive; order effective |
|---|
| 17 | | - | during appeal or review. |
|---|
| 18 | | - | (e) An order of protection granted under W.S. 7-3-506 |
|---|
| 19 | | - | through 7-3-512 shall remain effective during the pendency |
|---|
| 20 | | - | of any appeal or review of the order of protection or any |
|---|
| 21 | | - | decision to modify or extend the order of protection, |
|---|
| 22 | | - | unless a court orders a stay during the pendency of the |
|---|
| 23 | | - | appeal or review. |
|---|
| 24 | | - | 35-21-106. Service of order; duration and extension |
|---|
| 25 | | - | of order; violation; remedies not exclusive; order |
|---|
| 26 | | - | effective during appeal or review. |
