2321 13 (a) As used in this section:

2523 15 (i) "Document" means a writing, whether in

3228 5 (b) A person is guilty of a felony punishable by
3329 6 imprisonment for not more than ten (10) years, a fine of
3430 7 not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), or both,
3531 8 if the person intentionally uses a document that the person
3632 9 knows or reasonably should know is false or fraudulent to
3733 10 gain or remain in possession of property or to claim a
3834 11 right to property for which the person does not have a
3935 12 legal right to possess or claim a right.
