30-3 (i) "Board certified music therapist" means a
31-4 person who holds an active music therapist board certified
32-5 credential granted by the certification board for music
33-6 therapists;

35-8 (ii) "Music therapy" means the clinical and
36-9 evidence based use of music interventions to accomplish
37-10 individualized goals for persons of all ages and ability
38-11 levels that are delivered during the course of a
39-12 therapeutic relationship;
