21+12 Any service supplier who owns, operates or controls any
22+13 communications equipment necessary for the operation of a
23+14 911 emergency reporting system shall, if the failure of the

25+1 operation of a 911 emergency system to a degree that
26+2 materially affects emergency communications through a 911
27+3 system, report interruptions of service as required by
28+4 rules promulgated by the public service commission.

36+12 (k) Effective January 1, 2015, and every
37+13 year , the
38+14 governing body primarily responsible for the expenditure of
39+15 revenues collected pursuant to this act shall file with the
40+16 Wyoming public service commission a statement of its gross
41+17 receipts and expenditures authorized by this act for the
42+18 prior year. The Wyoming public service
43+19 commission is authorized to promulgate rules in
44+20 consultation with the governing bodies
45+21 to develop a
46+22 statement of revenues and expenditures that, to the maximum

7-AN ACT relating to emergency telephone service; requiring

11-Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:
12-Section 1. W.S. 16-9-112 is created to read:
13-16-9-112. 911 outage reporting.
14-Any service supplier who owns, operates or controls any
15-communications equipment necessary for the operation of a
16-911 emergency reporting system shall, if the failure of the
17-communications equipment disables, impairs or degrades the
18-operation of a 911 emergency system to a degree that
19-materially affects emergency communications through a 911
20-system, report interruptions of service as required by
21-rules promulgated by the public service commission.
22-Section 2. W.S. 16-9-103(k) is amended to read:
23-16-9-103. Imposition of tax; liability of user for
24-tax; collection; uncollected amounts; discontinuing service
25-prohibited.
26-(k) Effective January 1, 2015, and every
27-calendar year , the
28-governing body primarily responsible for the expenditure of
29-revenues collected pursuant to this act shall file with the
30-Wyoming public service commission a statement of its gross
