| 12 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |
|---|
| 13 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 21-3-314(c)(i) and by creating a new |
|---|
| 14 | | - | paragraph (vi) is amended to read: |
|---|
| 15 | | - | 21-3-314. Students counted among district ADM; |
|---|
| 16 | | - | determination of charter school funding. |
|---|
| 17 | | - | (c) The charter school shall be entitled to the |
|---|
| 18 | | - | following amounts: |
|---|
| 19 | | - | (i) |
|---|
| 20 | | - | subsection, one hundred percent (100%) of the foundation |
|---|
| 21 | | - | program amount computed under W.S. 21-13-309(m) based upon |
|---|
| 22 | | - | the average daily membership of the charter school, less |
|---|
