12 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |
---|
13 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 21-3-314(c)(i) and by creating a new |
---|
14 | | - | paragraph (vi) is amended to read: |
---|
15 | | - | 21-3-314. Students counted among district ADM; |
---|
16 | | - | determination of charter school funding. |
---|
17 | | - | (c) The charter school shall be entitled to the |
---|
18 | | - | following amounts: |

---|
20 | | - | subsection, one hundred percent (100%) of the foundation |
---|
21 | | - | program amount computed under W.S. 21-13-309(m) based upon |

22 | | - | the average daily membership of the charter school, less |

28 | | - | the charter school's average daily membership by the total |

29 | | - | average daily membership of the charter school's respective |
