A BILL

1 AN ACT relating to the certification of teachers; modifying
2 the duties of the professional teaching standards board;
3 creating an alternative teacher certificate for K-12
4 teachers; establishing requirements for alternative
5 certification; and providing for an effective date.

2 (a) The board shall promulgate rules and regulations:

9. This act is effective immediately upon
10 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
11 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
12 Constitution.
