2 limitations on the judicial review of agency actions;
3 specifying applicability; and providing for an effective
4 date.

8. W.S. 16-3-114(a) is amended to read:

13 (a) Subject to the requirement that administrative
14

1ny person aggrieved or adversely affected in fact
2 by a final decision of an agency in a contested case,
3 other agency action or inaction, or
4
5 judicial review

7 in the district
8 court for the county in which the injury or harm for which
9 relief is sought occurred, in the district court for the
10 county in which the administrative action or inaction was
11 taken, or in which any real property affected by the
12 administrative action or inaction is located, or if no real
13 property is involved, in the district court for the county
14 in which the party aggrieved or adversely affected by the
15 administrative action or inaction resides or has its
16 principal place of business;.

19 proceeding before the district court shall be in accordance
20 with rules heretofore or hereinafter adopted by the Wyoming
21 supreme court;

17. This act shall apply to agency actions and
18 inactions taken on and after July 1, 2025.
