A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to K-12 school facilities; repealing the
2 requirement for charter schools to receive reimbursement
3 for leasing expenses if the state construction department
4 determines there are no existing adequate educational
5 facilities within the school district; making conforming
6 amendments; and providing for an effective date.

2 (ix) Review requests submitted by charter
3 schools pursuant to W.S.
4 determine whether space exists within the applicable
5 district for operation of the charter school that is
6 available and adequate.

8. W.S. 21-3-110(a)(x)(A)(II) is repealed.

10. This act is effective immediately upon
11 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
12 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
13 Constitution.
